Information for delegates to the 2022 Interim meeting

The interim meetings will be held in the Friedrichshafen Messe by entering the main entrance. Conference centre West, first floor

C4: 09:00 – 18:00, Room Schwarzwald
C5: 09:00 – 16:00, Room Lichtenstein
C7: 16:00 – 18:00, Room Bodensee

Getting to the Messe

Travel to the Messe can be found on the Messe Friedrichshafen website LINK Check the link for different travel.

Outside of HAM RADIO bus no 5 will take you to the Messe at the regular fee. LINK

During HAM RADIO there will be free buses with line “MX” from the railway station to the Messe. LINK

Hybrid meeting

The interim meetings of the committees C4, C5 and C7 will be run as hybrid meetings. This means both delegates physically present in the meeting room and delegates online will be present. Hybrid meetings can be set up in different ways, and this time it is required that all physical delegates bring a laptop with headset.
